A more advanced form of banning (for gunzfactor)

im tired of seeing dumbasses post links to items/spyware/other junk then leave and remake more accounts. You should make a more solid banning from gunzfactor, like a coded in Ip ban for people who advertise on gunzfactor

and what i mean by that is those people posting viagra in tech section

spyware in tech section
pron in tech section

and every other section as well

we have alot more mods for a reason.

oh mighty mods swing thy banhammer on those morons and make sure they get full banned(ip ban)

You can't really completely ban someone from anything, IP bans can be bypassed easily by proxies of course.

They try hard enough they'll get by :\

you could try counter spyware, and download in a certain place, like a cookie but in a secret folder, that might work for a bit

I go to a forum, where we have a guy who KEEPS COMING BACK through proxies, and we keep IP banning him. Account bans too. Keeps coming back.

Pfft, IP bans. Do you even know what happens when we IP ban someone?

Usually, they aren't even from the same IPs, and if we were to ban an IP, chances are, someone else who was using that IP could get banned as well. For now, account bans are the way to go.

but seriousally, there is a program that works like a small computer ON your computer, and you make an account on that IP. and you can make it as many times as you want, like the guy

I once used a proxy to access the forum I stated in my last post, one that the 'kid who keeps coming back' told me about. Turns out, its banned :|
