Why the servers are messed up.

One of my freinds (hacker) says he and a gang of " ddosers" are ****ing the servers up. They said they wont stop until next patch.

No the release of mplvl made this happen, the creators of the mplvl got very pissed when this uber prvt hack got released. They summoned a gang of there followers and are using ddoser programs to crash the server, yes mplvl helps it happen but the ddoser are responsible. They want to crash the servers so much that they fry

Guntrix has access to their IPs, how do you think he bans them?

Once you get the IPs you just have to apply them to any IP search, and boom, free location pl0x, but sadly Guntrix doesn't really care for Igunz and is working on NA
