Lost Shrine Portal

I Went on Gunz This morning and started off at Free Channel 1. I looked About and Saw a Lost Shrine Map There. lol, I thought i was in elite .But then i went in it had alot of players who levels were about 10 or 20. I was amazed. Is This New to the 'Hacks' or has it been done before.
I took a Replay of This.

EDIT: on the replay its quite hard to notice the levels so i added a screen shot
