Today I were in a EU TDM and there was this hacker. We kicked him and he came back with an other 60+ char.. 3 TIMES!!

They don't get banned because it takes too much time and effort.

If hacker reports were to be taken in, they would have to be within the past month. Recent, basically. Otherwise, they'd be quite insignificant. That said, should they do so, there'd be no problem. The only thing that may need concern is the time it would take to filter all the reports sent in, verifying the content.

Since such things are not being done currently, it's best you just sit there and ponder the situation, as a solo effort, and await till it is in fact going down once more. Till then, make an attempt to obtain some form of patience (Your 1 post is, in fact, intimidating, though. Better than most, but cracked!).
