Does other peoples playing effects yours?

Not posted a discussion for a while.

For me, it does.
I just went into server 1 to play a glad game, first time in that server for months, find a lvl 13, obviously had a main char cos he could do bf, dbf etc.

And, whenever someone gives me a good fight, my moral and skill increases, to the stage where, you "Try" or be "serious". But i failed to even scratch that part that that glad game..
i think thats the main reason why i quit swords, the first round i was on phone, tried playing with 1 hand and got killed, another lvl 3 said "OMG she sucks LOLOLOL" etc...
the other reason is mainly the majority uses the same exact bf movement. I know i use to flip and such but this guy tried to flip 23 times in a single fight, it lasted for like 2mins so thats like 1 flip for 5 seconds?
So yea, i started flip whoring him, he didnt like it but meh, i like the normal slash fights now days.
Then he changed his style to what 99% of the gladiator community does, is circle bf. We already had 100 ping to each other and i can tell ya, 1 fight lasted over 10mins due to him failing to press the forward button once.
At this point, i felt like putting my headdown on the table and just play blindly, i just couldnt be bothered. Circle bfers are easy to kill, too predictable. Thats why i couldnt be ****ed to do anything.

Some times if I see people abusing BF, I'll just sit there and turtle them to death, yes it gets me called names but heck at least I damaged their ego.

Sometimes it effects, sometimes it doesnt.
Depends what mood am I on.

Yes, I change how I play in glad according to the person and/or how bored I am.

Like sometimes for certain people, I'll even skyblock. Or not spend a quarter of the fight trying to make a "goal".

Circle bf is fun to play with. Just start circling with them and you can play ring around the rosie. Make sure to have a slightly larger circle so you can slash him in the back if he starts counter-circling =O.
