Actually you can use it... Can't say any mroe than that. >.> But it's possible and it only effects the user... Also he may simply be thinking of Premium GunZ or J/KGunZ.

Aren't JgunZ and KgunZ having premium items right now?

And IgunZ, I believe there is a mod, but only effects people using it.

He's probaly thinking about the Son-Mod! Dont worry, it's just a skin. Eventually and hopefully IGunZ will get all these cool stuff, for real.
