How i can get the quest item

Hello i'm french and i use the international edition of Gunz but i cant get the quest items or the head armor.
Is this because of my edition?

Basically, yes. International gunz is supposedly still in beta test stage and doesn't have quest mode out yet... or hats for that matter.

Jgunz, kgunz, and ingunz all do though

International GunZ lacks many features of the other versions. Inclusing a quest mode server and premium items.
