Lag [Part of the Game]

I'm getting really irritated with people thinking lag makes me invincible.

I've been kicked out of over 15 games today for having upwards of 100 ping, and they only seem to notice AFTER I KILL THEM.

No joke, playing ATK Def late night (no aussies on), this 380 pinger comes in, and he's the only guy above 300 ping. I kill him both rounds in a row, he votekicks me, screaming obscenities and telling me how much he hates me, how **** I am, etc, the votekick fails and he leaves.

After that, because I got kicked for cheating (Like wow, everyone else was =[) I joined a castle game. 3 230 pingers. I thought, well, ok, that's fine. It's just a game. I proceeded to fight one, killing him relatively easy. 10 seconds after our fight, he's like '230 ping?' and i'm like 'ya', and without even calling me a lagger, attempts to kick, fails. Like, seriously, if I can kill you, without even lead shotting, you can kill me.

Getting kicked out of HALF the games I join is starting to irritate me. If you play international gunz, you're subject to high ping.

GET OVER IT

If someone is better then you, they are better then you, there's nothing you can do about it and lag isn't the reason they won.

Just had to make that point.

Umm yes it is.

I'm sorry but if ur from singapore or any other country which has a big ass ping. DOn't ever blame the distance(could also be a crappy PC)

If you are any of the above delete gunz now! Why? It isn't the distance, people in middle of the earth(EU have good pings) and guess what! world is round, so everyone should have a ping below 100 unless they're in a country that has a VERY SUCKY INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER(such as singapore, or japan. It's not an opinion, you guys have a bad internet provider and hence ur ping is like 150+. And it's annoying "I"M FOMG DA BEST BECAUSEMY PING IS 150 LALALAL NO LAG PRO LAH" all that bs is very annoying jajaja my ass

Anyway... if you have a crappy PC, that's a bit different. Then try to update ur stuff, no greater feeling when you can actually do something with your PC like... use internet explorer! wewt!~!~!~

Alright so the end results is if you have a bad ping it's either because of isp or crappy PC, in which case it isn't part of the game, it's ur problem figure it the hell out! and people can't do more than half the moves they normally would if the guy has a high ping.

If you live in a country with a good ping and ur the one who played singaporians tell them to shut the hell up and move to a country close to them but witha good ping.

I only have a problem with lag when I'm slashing people.

If lag only affected my shots, not my sword slashing, I'd care less.

But this isn't the case, and people do get kills because of lag. And it's not so cool.

omg shess3xy girl u r soo very stupid its always minaly the distnce lag if its ur pc the ping would spike not stay at a high number. so if ur gona post **** like tht think bout it 1st. lag is lag let ppl paly with high ping. nad if u ave high distance lag with soem they ave the same with u.

Okay, computer specs don't make any noticable difference at all once you go past 64 MB of RAM, .8 GHz or some really slow-ass computer. There's distance and there's your connection speed. Distance lag should be no more than 170 in this game, quite honestly. Anything peaking over 200 is not just because of distance.

Anyway lag gives a benefit to the lagger in non-1v1 matches.

HOWEVER, what really pisses me off, is when a game is titled EU GAME and someone joins like you... now that is unacceptable if you don't read the topic title it is your own fault

Some people actually dont understand how ping works in gunz. Another persons ping represents how long it takes for you to comunicate between you and that person. Some people dont understand this, so that part of the reason people are always complaining about lag. Do they honestly think that they are connected to a server at 0 ping? lol.
