I'm not saying it's infringing on anything; I just think it's funny that they couldn't come up with fully original material. Let alone, GOOD material...I mean, look at it; It's choppy as hell aside from the I-GunZ clips.

Actually in the Beta trailer, you can see the guy in prison doing what resembles a slash shot with pistols or revolvers.

no, you misunderstood me. In the post that I quoted you said "there was still no k-style". I was pointing out that K style still existed. I never said it was being used or exploited.
