   |  to the imposters from the premium event... Jaz was hosting another Premium event for Gunz, me and most of my clan as well as members from GzF were there. A clan member, Implexity, signed on and started what he did best... spamming, all that stuff. He eventually left the clan in that same hour. This was due to him seeing someone cheat on an CS game during the event, and for odd reasons...he leaves the game and comes back as me. In the lobby, it was spelt controis, the "i" being barely visible. In-game, the "i" shifted to an "l". Making it impossible to tell who was who. So, he and I left the game. I ask him, why he was doing all of this and, he says he caught someone cheating. This got me frustrated me since not only was he posing as me but he was doing it for very unjust reasons. Everything's turned to a whirlpool of anger and misery from there on. So, we started a verbal war. I talked it out as civil as I could, didn't work. I talked like a raging drunk, still no effect. He continuously babbles on about rules while I'm explaining that it's just a game. He leaves and suddenly, we have a large group of imposter Jaz's, KB's, Chiharu-chan's, and a numerous amount of Zephyre one's appearing in each of our pass-worded games. I know for sure the Controls imposter was Implex, but then there were the other ones. Oh, by now, you probably think this is flame and is reaching for that lock or delete thread button. But the point is, that I want them to stop. I actually am on my knees and begging, those in the same room as I am (mostly clan members) may have noticed I've gotten paranoid over everyone but I literally am on the verge of losing all hope. I just want them to stop so I can have fun on Gunz with friends. If anything, it's harassment in miniature, personally, these kinds of people have topped hackers in my list of those I never want to know in Gunz. As wimpy as it sounds, I'm on the verge of tears. My whole life I've been raised to look at the bright side of things and to see the good in people, congratulations Imp and others; you've destroyed that. | Super Moderator  | Re: to the imposters from the premium event... Needs more optimism. In a situation like this it takes the cooperation of everyone else to get rid of ignorant people as mentioned. Sounds like that didn't happen. Don't let some dumb ****s ruin your day. Best thing to do, accept it as a joke. Everything is a possible joke, comic relief moment, no reason this cant be otherwise. You see it, it's there, laugh, shrug it off, continue. More likely than not, they're dumbasses. What do they matter to you? Obvious answer expected. When you relax and all that, come back and enjoy yourself. Till then, I'll be hanging around the channel. Oh, and I'd say wrong section, but eh.. ;p.. Now hurry back in here/there. |

(sarcasm) But seriously, Jin is right, just take it as a joke, maybe invite him to a game and ask people to guess which is the fake. Just make the best of things, you can have a lot of fun with this sort of thing. |
