When I say no crosshair, I mean a nerf.

It's not going to make your pb's less effective, it's only going to prevent newbs from chipping away your armor at a distance

The only thing that got nerfed here, is the chick. Although, your idea is a bad idea. There's always an alternative.

I've done no xhair before, not as hard as you would think. Only takes around 10 mins to get used to it like with any custom xhair.
