About Assasination?

In Assasination,how come I get so much exp from killing someone?Like if I kill at level 23 in a DM or TDM,I only get 710 exp,and when I kill like a level 19 or 20 something in Assasination, I get like over 1k exp.How does Assasination work?

killing the glowing guy gives you more exp.

Other than that its just normal tdm.

Yeah same with dm+zerk, killing zerk = more exp
