lagg problems

my gunz keep going wierd with lag so i have 2 reset my pc bout 3-4 2 get it fixed cause it lags all the time with insane ping

but whn it works normaly my pings 10-30 with no problem

can some explain this reason

Your internet lags, maybe during peak times? Try to port the router.
