Kill the shamans in Mansion.

1 is in level 25 quest.

6 are in the level 41 quest.

Shamans = The guys that slow you down.

3% chance of getting a necklace though.

i've solo'd the lvl 25 quest like 10+ times, never gotten necklace once >_>
