Default Leading monsters

Iv got spikes for some reason lately and ping up to 500 sometimes, question is should i lead them?

If there's multiple people in the quest room and somebodies is lagging, you may have to lead.

I think a portion of the monsters are hosted by you for example if you have an AE on somebody some monsters will not move or take damage O__o

if you're at 500 ping most likely they'll just be spiking all over the place

i don't think u have to cuz half the quest monsters are client side, other half are on the other person's comp, but then again u might if ur team mate is a lagger

if u spike taht much, dont use revs unless u r in a straight line. u r gonna miss. i suggest mg-rifle for spikers. u still wont wanna shoot long-range. bf as much as you can.

You don't usually need to lead quest monsters because they have no ping.

That's not totally true. Say you quest with a friend but he has 500 ping. Now, in a level 5 quest there's 50 npcs per round. That leaves 25 npcs per player. Each npc is spawned for a certain player, their ping is reflected upon these npcs.

Now, say you shoot at one that's reflected upon you, you don't need to lead, there's absolutly 0 latency. But look at the ones spawned for him: You have to hit 5 seconds into the future(dbf spam wins here).

totally true. for example, if u play with someone with 999 ping, some monsters are frozen. that is becuz those monsters r assigned to them.
