Default Dagger or Sword for quests?

Hi there, just a question.
I wonder if daggers or swords are better at quests.
With a sword, you can bf/dbf, but with a dagger, you are more agile and can move around quickly.

So, do you prefer to use a sword or dagger when playing quest mode?

Advices would be appreciated

I think dagger because you can move faster.

Sword FTW!
I use sword because I am used to it.
If you want dagger, you'll be like Konvict99.
He is pro in quests, but he dies too fast in DMs :P.
But he is pro.

And daggers don't have much DMG.
But swords are slower than daggers.

I don't know what's better.
I just use swords.

Daggers don't have an extended animation, making it easier to use it to stun things, for example bosses. I personally couldn't deal with a dagger, though, since every game I end up blocking hits that would probably kill me.

The block is my deciding factor.

Its true.... but you just dodge them.
Only reason i dagger in quests is because 1. It stuns easily
2. Because im lazy ( This is real reason )

Daggers can't block. Why would I want to use a weapon that can't block?

I use a dagger, because it has a faster hit rate, and i can walk and stab at the same time.

Well, I'll say dagger in quest because if you know how to do E-Lunge/Extended Lunge..you can flee from mobs that are ganging on you..like in the prison map page 41 round 4/5 I e lunge and i escaped from all the mobs that following me and all my teamates died..but good thing i pass the red dude because he's about to use Acid Breath on me

If you know how to use the dagger correctly (CoD, E-Lunge, other evasion techniques) it is better than sword... in my opinion.
You can circle the mobs and stabstabstab with CoD.
You can make a quick escape with E-Lunge.
You can Dagger Hop in random directions to evade mage shots.

With sword?
BF CoD... slower....
Really no way to get out of a thick situation except for pro turtling and mass flipping... which doesn't work too well
Evasion isn't as fast as dagger is.

I'm converting to dagger for quest once I get to lv 45

Dbf is quite a bit more effective in questing than bfing. Also, I've yet to survive a level 4-5 prison with a dagger. I can at least beat lvl 4 with a sword though. On the narrow stage, when you make your pass on either side of the mob, you can dash then hold block to get through. On lvl 4 anyway, on lvl 5... Well, it's impossible in my opinion. So let's not talk about that. Mmm, if you have a special tactic to prison, let me know XD and I'll be sure to watch you do it someday =P.

If anything, I'd have to say the exact opposite. Sword for normal, and Dagger for the boss. Bosses are very predictable, and all you really do is circle em. You really don't need a sword at all.
