Stay to the inside except to pass, since the monsters take the shortest route to you, they'll all be driven to the inside wall, making it easier for you to pass to the outside. Naturally kill the big guys and mages, and once the big guys are starting to breathe, it's too late to pass them so back off.

It just takes practice.

Dungeon is easy, even on Level 5 Quest. I never got to yellow once on my 3 tries at solo Level 5 Dungeon. I probably ended at light blue and picked up some hp drops to bring my health back up to full. Either way I do not hack and I will never hack, ever. If you can get a screen shot of my character "Aeron" hacking I will give you my account.
