Lich.. a waste of time?

Me and my friends noticed that one of us had a devil's dictionary (dunno how the hell you can not notice that in your inventory) while questing, so we decided to try out Lich.

.. Well, we beat the thing, but it didn't drop one single thing. Um.. just curious.. anyone else have this issue? -.- Seems like a complete waste of items and time to not even get a box.

Yes, it is a 100% drop. The Lich will either drop a Lich tail, page 65, the pants, or the kodachis. If you missed the chest, it's yer own fault. =P

Funny, because there was two of us left and we both stood over the exact spot that Lich died, waiting for the damn chest to be sure we didn't miss it.

Have those of you who have replied even beaten it yet? -.-
I'm only asking those who can actually vouch for it, because it pissed all of us off.

Lich aren't a waste of time unless you don't know what kind of item in the chest..

I've beat him 5 times. He's pretty easy.

We got an item every time.

If you kill it on the stairs you can't get the chest because it goes to the base ground level which is under the stairs :P

Yes, only 5 because I've stopped questing so much and I don't do Aner much anymore. If I do, we don't get DD.
