lmfao when the crash hack was released and everyone was getting crashed with "buffer overrun" I sent ijji a complaint about the limited use premium items (asking for an extension of a day) lol it took them a full week to get back to me hahahah and their response was:

"Thank you for contacting us with this account issue. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have had accessing the GunZ servers, however, there are thousands of players online playing GunZ. As such, we ask for your patience in establishing a server connection. Unfortunately, Game money is redeemable for real currency only if none of the purchased game money from one transaction has been used. No partial refund is available. "

lmfao OF COURSE gunz is online NOW and people are playing NOW.

I said:

I didn't ask for a cash refund, I asked for a ijji coin refund. As in adding the amount paid for the ijji coins onto my account. I bought services for your game. Your game was unplayable. You stole my money. I don't want to have to take legal action against you, so please just corporate.

Your game was unplayable with the amount of hackers crashing my game, and playing unfair.

I want a refund in COINS, not money, Just please re-add the coins to my account so I can enjoy them after the hacks are patched. It was a month of skill ring, and a week of electricity coin.

Please just corporate so we can both move on.

If you read my post I said I know nothing was going to come out of it. I made a typo, big deal.

Thousands of other GunZ players, premium item users or not, are able to enjoy GunZ on a daily basis without the issues you have described.
