On the same day i ordered the 2 items from the best buys in valley stream, i was informed that they didnt have any Oblivion in stock ( a lie ){

they had over 20 on the shelves when i went to pick up the other product i ordered.

i changed the order by talking to customer service and the understanding was that the closest store would ship oblivion to me.

on checking the tracking number it seems the nearest store that had oblivion was (Carol Stream, IL) WTF!? Illinois?
I needed this product for a tournament now i can not enter because i dont have it. i believe that if the product was shipped from the nearest best buy as told ( there are four close to my address); or better yet why not even try to look for the product in the store? WHEN YOU HAVE SHELVES FULL OF IT!
in conclusion i will never again order from your store because of its pitiful service
