^if you were not here that time when the ice cream spammage aka IceCream Army, the time when people posted pics of them with lotion on their face symbolizing as cumshots... Hibiki was trying to do the same, unfortunately got caught by her mom and abruptly slapped her across the face... Which you can imagine that it would be such a painful experience... Not just by physical, but by emotional speaking too... so yeah...
