Edit : lol texts suck? o.O , I did put hardcore <-- Or something like that type near Sasuke . I'll just see if anyone else say texts suck , if they say so , they are . =/ , @ lol @ I @ Suck @ it ._.

from Filter>render>clouds

then you put the renders in... no blending at all.. Then you perhaps just did a gradient map to make then Black and white

text is just funky.. ok??? read some tuts
