Pretty nice, but it might be a bit tough to code all that. Do you know any CSS?

Unfortunately no. I might ask a friend to code it if i ever do use it haha.

imo its decent. You should change the text, to something more frequently used text if you are gonna rewrite in HTML + CSS, since many users might not have the font installed. Also I think you should go a little lighter on the drop shadow of the option boxes and the the scanlines. The outer glow around some of the boxes is kinda unecessary also lol.
