Just made it out of boredom, simple filters like motion blur only lol..

So how is it for a black/white wallpaper?

PS: The render is sketch-like, not pure, clear black/white.

CnC, (W/e that means LOL).

EDIT: CnC = Comments+Criticizes?

Well it sure looks like the text has outer glow.
Or a transparent white 0 distance drop shadow.
Or duplicate -> Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian blur -> 2-3px.
Or right click -> Rasterize Type -> Ctrl+J -> Ctrl+I -> Blur Tool -> Size 30, brush hardness 0 -> Brushbrushbrush

& my point is that it would take about five minutes to make this :S
