Default Water reflections thingy for Photoshop, GIMP, & Paint Shop Pro9

i know theres a water reflections thread where u have to download a program to do it but there are ways to do it in other programs and the outcome looks smoother....

this isnt my tut....i just found it cuz someone was asking about it in the other thread

The program is much easier. And besides, noone likes the water effect anyways =(.

i actualy had a concept for a water ripple sig in my head that would actualy put the program to good use which i thought of months ago...in wonder if i should make it or not...

I wouldent, i've seen people post sigs with the ripple effect and then people are like, nice sig, but get rid of the water. People don't like it for some reason, it looks cool though D:/

except people use it in all the wrong ways. they make it look like it has no depth or like it doesn't belong in the picture. my idea made the water blend in with the surroundings. i might give it a try soon
