Quick tut on how to make video files into GIFs.

First download Camtasia Studio 4 Trial Version
Then install that
Now download fraps if you havent got it.
Take a replay of what you want in the sig
then record the replay with fraps.
Open camstasia and choose start a new project by importing media files.
Choose the video you recorded and drag it down to the timeline
Now cut out what you dont want
Press file and produce video as...
Choose custom production settings and press next
Choose GIF animation file and press next
Set colors to 256 and frame rate to 30
set the size to 200 x 150
and then just press next next next until it starts saving.
Kay I'm done.

EDIT: Meh didn't notice there was a guide for this already.

O.o theres an easer way to do it -.- yours takes longer, and is also more complicated.... want a better way, pm me o.O But I guess if people like it more complicated, then this is a great way.... o.O I prefer the easy way though =P, + rep though for helping others.

Actually, this way of doing isn't complicated at all. Quite simple and not that many steps.

You may have to download a couple things though.

It comes included when you buy or 'download' photoshop. It's a program you would use to create GIF images.
