![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Step 1- get the file into .mov format. you can search for any video converter. but i will say that if they are trials then you may have some trouble with it leaving a watermark on whatever you convert. but yeah it HAS to be .mov step 2- import into imageready. then you can either use the entire clip or use "selected range" by holding shift and clicking+dragging the area you want. step 3- Once you have your piece of movie, and making sure it the file size isnt HUGE, select all layers and set the time to NO DELAY step 4- Export to Photoshop. make sure you have the 1st frame in Image-Ready selected before you export it. step 5- When you're in Photoshop, go to Image>resize image and select a size of your choice... then you can do whatever you want, but dont actually do anything to the movie layers themselves. step 6- when your done import back to imageready and go to file>save optimized as... thats about it. i didnt figure this out on my own but this is how i do it |
