How can you make a succussesful clan pic using only Paint[the one that comes when you buy a computer]? Someone please post a tutorial

1. Copy and paste image
2. Paste it on Paint
3. Change to a desirable size
4. Put in top-left corner so no white shows
5. Resize canvas to 64x64
6. Save as PNG

You can download the TOTALLY FREE, TOTALLY VIRUS FREE, TOTALLY PHOTOSHOP-LIKE PROGRAM CALLED GIMP!!!

You can make a 64x64 canvas, edit size using Image>Size and fit in canvas!

Remember, save as PNG.!!!

I have ps cs3 lite that is only 50 mb and it works just fine, ill upload to rapidshare later.
