Where to get good renders?

well you could use the magic wand tool.. or polygonal lasso tool and just go around all of your render (or just the parts you need)

I use the pen tool its the best one to cut out renders.

EDIT:Planet Renders Forums -> Rendering tutorials here u can get some tutorials.

Planet renders is good, also, as Milton said, read the guide on their forums.
