i don't get the part of the splatter brush thing can u plzz tell me how to doit?

you mean the clipping mask?
First do NewLayer>image>applyimage of your sig before you do your splatter brush. Then make new layer and use splatter brush. Then put the appliedimage layer in front of the splatter brush layer and right click the appliedimage layer and click clipping mask. Then move around the layer you clipped mask'd around to make it look good.

ok thanks ill try to do that and see if it works.

oh yeah u used the color yellow can i use a different one?
