Hey i need some help with transparacy work

anyways, i can't seem to get the mark for my clan to become transparent
i don't want it to be white in the background
anyone think they can try to get this to be transparent in the background for me?

when making a new document. im pretty sure you set it to transparent background. dont fill it with black or white or any other color.

jpg-files don't support transparency. Use png or gif to make it work properly.

PNG..................... and use the staff thingy to get rid of the white.. it works for this one :P
