im working on this sig

yeh i started this sig yesterday and im wondering how to improve it

yes
i do realize theres a splotch of blue.. anyways to fix it?
i tried covering it up but it looked bad

use the selection tool and select the blue spot (or anywhere around it) and then press ctrl+u for hue and saturation. check the colorize box and fool around with the settings until you get it to look the way that you want it to.

but it fades into the blue.... it might look even worse

no it wont...it will make it whatever color you want it to be even though it is fading.
