Second Signature Attempt

I was experimenting with gradient masks and partially following a tutorial.. rate and stuff plox

Made a grayscale version.. still looks like crap.. but its gray crap lol

Ehh I did it again and I realized I followed it completely wrong.... so yea this sig is made of fail..

Here's what I got when I did it again... used some text effects from other tut too.. hey atleast its an improvement lol

yup it's an improvement, hmm...

try not making your siggies too monotonous (I don't know how to spell it)

If possible, try to preserve the original colours of the signature, it'll look better sometimes.

If you want to, you can also apply a gradient map to your sig to make it look better

EDIT: I mean do this:

Once you finish your sig, create a new layer, go to apply image, set mode to NORMAL, then click apply image.

Then in the layer's palette, set the blending mode to softlight, and mess with the gradient map from there, it'll look better sometimes

If you lower the opacity and Apply Image under Multiply, you'd get a nice outcome as well, for lighter sigs at any rate.

Yea the colors are pretty horrible for the pic...
dont get me wrong pic is nice colors are bad
