i also cant find any good fonts to put on it .....any suggestions?

This is just my point of view, the background isn't well defined, i can't make anything out of it, its not abstract, it's more just blurring, and in her pose you could find a background of an ocean or something of that matter, text wise use something that is script, but script that is easy to read, hope i helped good luck.

ive only made sigs from a smudged background so ive got no idea how to do it

Just read up on tutorials, or get a mic, and i could teach you random simple **** that can enhance your sigs.
