3rd is best, but not anywhere near complete.

I suggest you scrap it (get rid of) and start a new. Make the size smaller. Don't have 2 renders/figures.

Rather than blurring the render and setting it on lighten or color dodge or something, try directly incorporating the render into the background so the whole thing is cohesive. Also, I reccomend trying a different font. Graffiti pastel color text doesn't really blend well with a gritty middle eastern crusades theme. Try a more neutral font like times new roman but with spaces between the letters, and pick a color out of the render itself.
