Need some transparent HELP!!

probably didn't spell the transparent word right.

anyways, i can't seem to get the mark for my clan to become transparent
i don't want it to be white in the background
anyone think they can try to get this to be transparent in the background for me?

try not to safe it as a jpg save it as a save it as a png and also your make sure background is set to transparent

first off..

if u still have the PSD, only have on the layer wiht the stuff u want. and then "eye" the other ones. Then save as a GIF or PNG, PNG has better quality

Yep what gunnerzeke said, be sure you chose ''Transparant'' background when you made the new file and be sure you don't have any coloured layers under your emblem.

Then save it as .png
