Wow Me Requesting!?

i uninstalled photo shop cs2 and installed cs3 but i cant figure out how to work the animation on there @_@ was easy to do on cs2 and i dont know where my CD is of cs2 so i was wanting to know

1. does any one know where i can find a tut on cs3 animations?

Or

2. make me a signature 350*120 of like moving sand/ sand storm from like gaara off of naruto no render no text just the sand please and thanks.
