Need a bit of help...

I have this picture that's 100x100, but origionally it was 437x615

So when I had to shrink it, it got really fuzzy and crap. :/ Is there a way to possibly make it more clearer at 100x100?

Requesting some information. Q_Q

it's normal

i don't know what's fuzzy exactly, but if you mean it's a little blur, try this:

1. Duplicate the image
2. Set the duplicated image's blending mode to SoftLight
3. Apply a high pass filter to the duplicated image, a value of 10 should do

Make sure Bicubic is selected when you're resizing as well if you're using Photoshop.
