Requesting a huge project

I need someone extremely good with photoshop to make me symmetrical angel wings, that glow and almost hurt your eyes (white preferrably) and not ripped off of something. Something made from scratch, this will be used as the enter sign to a site (take note that your doing this as a donation, we will edit and cut some parts and add things into it without giving any further credit to you other than our thanks)

If someone is bored and they would like to try this, please go ahead!

-Symmetrical
-White
-Glowing
-transparent background
-detailed, and looks holy and ancienty-ish.

^Basically, I'm just trying to take some time off people's hands if they're bored, plus helping me and my friends build a site.

There is alternatives to photoshop people.. you may be **** at ps but good at another?
