Can someone with good photoshop skills make me a signature and avatar?

Style: Sorta fancy, black and white would be good (but if you have a better color scheme Idea that'd be cool ^^)
Size: about 400x140
Text: StarScream (have "GreyFox" in it, but very faint)-New times roman (Bold font)
Subtext: "Conquest is made of the ashes of one's enemies."-font:Andy (regular font)
