Metal gear solid on PSX is actually the 3rd or 4th game.
You actually have a game which takes place in zanzibar (where you kill the ninja guy in mgs on psx) and you even kill big boss in it

Yeah sony should just shut its doors on video gaming.

All the game devs who made their good game series mainly for playstation have moved to other platforms too. PS2 had some good titles...but even before the PS3 was released I quit caring about PS2 because it was no longer what I needed to play great game titles like MGS (GC versions came out) or Final fantasy (game boy and GC have gotten some titles now)

You see this is the **** Microsoft and Sony pull out. You buy their already expensive consoles, only to find out they released a better, bolder version for $100 cheaper a few weeks later. Those bastards.
