can the archers do hit & run tactics like in lineage 2?

i ask cos in some mmorpgs archers can't do this cos they take too long to fire the arrows, one of the reasons why i stop playing a archer in silkroad online

Not really, but you can get like 4-5 hits before the monster gets next to you.
