Not Popkart / Kart rider ***** , I play but im bored of it , and Gunz , and counter strike , and ... everything.

Uhh, MMO racing game isn't really a common genre. Trackmania is good but it isn't an MMO.

Toca 3 the only decent PC racing game.
If you don't mean PC Ridge Racer 7 is a good one.
Want something free and old? Play Mario Kart, get Zsnes (snes emu) or Corn (N64) the games are easy enough to find and netplay is easy to set up, actually I think corn uses Kaillera.

Skid Rush is good. You drive around the city free-roam and do quests and such.
