Homeworld?

This series used to be my one gaming love. I wonder if anyone else played this magnificent series?

Its a 3d real time strategy game, can pick up Homeworld and Homeworld:Cataclysm for a fiver each, seperate games. I would really recommend cataclysm as a wonderful game you have to try out! Being in space, there is full z-axis control of your units, adding a whole new level to yoru strategy! Uhh, while lookign perhaps a little past its prime, it is still a beautiful game (perhaps screenshots for Homeworld2 would be better here >_>)

I heard is a very good game, my friend has this game and said it was pretty difficult... ummmm I would download it but ummm I have to clear all my files first... xD

I mainly played cataclysm. A little of the 2.
A REAL scenario here. Deep plot. Human. Despair. Hope. Fear. You are fighting for the universe, but you really feel you're not alone. Others are fighting at your side in a desperate combat.
Very immersive.

Ever felt the gigantic proportions of star wars return of the jedi's battle? Here you manage it...

HW 2 is beautiful, but has a too short plot.

Such are the rare games i ever enjoyed: descent freespace, starlancer, homeworld, ff6, chrono cross. They all have a deep scenario.

The first homeworld has a deeper story. Youre a species left on a world and journey forth in the mothership to seek the homeworld.
