Pro matches look fun where they know the game in and out and they use wall clinging to dodge shots and such...but normal pug matches are just a bunch of sniper fags.

I hated multiplayer...a few games though DIDN'T have snipers and it wasn't too bad.

Gears of War was easy to do good in in terms of Multiplayer.

Protip: Sniper Rifle + Shotgun = You don't lose unless you're horrible.

Make your own game and turn snipers off. I hate torque bows worse though. I especially try and avoid Tyro Station, because there is always two idiots who run for the torque bow and stay there the whole round trying to hit each other.

All i need is the shotgun. Pistol if i want to have fun, but i always take sniper just so others can't camp with it

Gears can make you so mad and serious at times, yet its still fun that's what i love about it.

So true.

I would grab sniper too just so others couldn't get it..but then I realized that some maps have two and that I shouldn't grab the one for my team unless I actually planned on sniping.

And I would normally run to the torque bow and camp it. Just because I knew at least one kid from the other team wouldn't be able to resist it.

This was my absolute favorite game of all time for a while. I didn't own it as I do not have a 360. I was pretty good at it though.

It was awesome up until now where everything seems to lag. It could be my friends internet is messed up, he said there was problems with it. The leadshotting we had to do was almost rival to that of GunZ(shoot a whole character space next to the enemy with the shotgun, wait a second for the shell to actually come out, then watch them asplode). Offline though, it was buttery smooth, so I'm gonna assume it's his temporary connection.

I used to almost never use the shotgun in the random servers unless I ran out of pistol and Lancer ammo. We had little pistol parties going where we'd rally up our team to only use pistols after they'd see me running around and getting kills with it. The lag is too much anymore for me to be effective with it. Now, all I really can get decent kills with face to face is the shotgun with the weapon delays.

Pistol parties and saw jokes are still great.

Back in the good old days of infinite grenades, me and my friends would glitch 2 of our people for inf tagging, and then run out screaming "ALALALALAH" while swinging randomly with the Pistol (lol tomahawk), and ended up glitching the opponents in place with infinite smoke tags. XD

And then we'd gangsaw them > _ < XD

Gears used to be my favorite game until people started getting pro and owning me every match. So I switched to CoD4, but it looks like I'll go back to GoW since CoD5 is going back to its old war ways.
