Apparently to be released this month by gpotato.

I know nothing about this game, i kinda just stumbled upon it, but it looks like it could be fun with the free roamage and the fact it looks like Jet set radio

Video could probably show more about this game then i could

It should be, don't know any games like this that are p2p, but i see nothing on the gpotato site about this game even though it is supposedly out this month
