Need FPS

Recommend me a PC FPS. Single Player or Multi Player. Preferably free and realistic (you know what I mean). I don't have much of a PC so it can't be too graphic heavy...

Games I have tried and reason why I quit:

Call of Duty 4 (FPS Lag)
Soldier Front (sh1t)
Wolfteam (FPS Lag)
Warrock (FPS Lag)
CS:S and CS 1.6 (Too fast-paced)
Half-Life 2 (Loading times)
Insurgency mod (FPS Lag)
America's Army (FPS Lag)

Wolfenstein: ET - Free, Not really realistic and it's fast-paced, but it shouldn't be laggy for you. You don't win this game by scoring frags - You win by completing objectives, such as blowing up something with dynamite, or transporting a vehicle somewhere. Rounds are usually 30 minutes long, although they can take less time if the offensive team wins. There are five different classes, and they are all very different with their own special abilities. You can play it with or without the patch, you just can't play on servers that are using a different patch. The patch itself doesn't seem to do much. Also, on many servers, you will have to wait a while to download some random stuff before you can play. This is a one-time only process per server, and not all servers make you download some stuff. Also, you better be good at scoring headshots.

Urban Terror - Free, More Realistic, standard FPS game with capture the flag, bomb, and deathmatch modes. It's fast-paced like Wolfenstein: ET, only you die a lot easier in this game. You can also wall-jump, power slide, and climb up ledges, poles, and ladders. Also has some customizable weapons, locational damage (Not just the head and body, but it doesn't matter much), armor, bleeding, and bandages. Headshots are important, but not as important as in Wolfenstein: ET. It can be pretty fun, and it shouldn't lag for you either.
