Cousin needs help figuring out a problem with his DS

Normally he would post this himself, but due to certain things and discussions on this site my aunt won't let him on here anymore.

Anyway, his DS top screen acts like a touch screen, you touch it and the touch screen responds like it was touched.

So why does it do this?

I don't think its possible unless the top is touch screen.

So either he is bsing... or he is playing the DS upside down.

I've played it myself to see if he was telling the truth or not. It does infact play like the top is touch screen. You can still use the touch screen as the touch screen but yeah, top screen plays like its the touch screen as well.

Design screwup. Must have added double touch screens, or this is a joke. Im making a note here:HUGE FAILURE. Its hard to overstate my disappointment.
