I've made decisions as to the publishing of this thing, as well as organized it a bit more so it's more reader friendly. Enjoy, and as always, comments appreciated, flames expected... you know, standard AryaVarwin topic stuff. ^_^ - Index: #1 - The First Issue! - May 30th, 2007 - Is IJJI really doing a bad job? What about clan Superiors? #2 - Ego... and You! - June 11th, 2007 - All about improving The AryaVarwin Times... and the ego. - ------------------------------------- The AryaVarwin Times #2 - Ego... and You! Horray! Another issue of The AryaVarwin Times!! Sorry it's so late guys. I had decided to release an edition, bi-weekly, but some delays came up and I just couldn't get this issue out faster. So you're going to release an issue every week? The plan is, a weekly release, every weekend, with differing sizes based on the issue. Every odd numbered issue(1, 3, 5) will be a main issue and be about the size of the last issue, and every even issue(2, 4, 6) will be a bit smaller. What about The AryaVarwin Show? I simply do not have the time to get that out at the full quality i'd like something of that nature to be. It's highly likely to happen in the future, just not now. I hate ego.... ego is ruining GunZ, and it's bad, and there's nothing but a bunch of cocky assholes who laugh/dance on my body when they kill me and then call me a noob <insert style> when I kill them! It's bad and I hate it! Ah yes, the ego. Better start getting used to this, because as anyone can tell you, egos are present in every online game you'll play. Heck even in the real world, egos are very real and are very much there. Egos are like massive strikes. You love them when they're working for you, hate them when they are working for the enemy. Some people use them a lot, some people hardly ever, but everyone uses them to one extent or another. But the egos biggest similarity to massives? Massives are a big part of the game and aren't going away, just as egos are a big part of life and aren't going away. But doesn't GunZ have a bigger ego problem then most other games? You bet! Even compared to games such as CS and WoW, the ego in GunZ is much higher then those two games ever will be. Are egos good or bad? It's very childish to look at the ego problem of GunZ and complain. Rather then do that, stop, and look at the facts. 1) Egos exist, and they are very widespread. 2) Egos aren't going away. So what good does complaining about it do? It just looks bad on you, sometimes even more so then if you had an ego the size of mine, Gils, Dannyboys, and TsunadeSan's combined. When you get hit by a massive, there's one of two things you can do about it: 1) Complain. Massives suck, they should be removed from the game, and they're lame. 2) Realize your mistake, understand why it happened, and try your best to counter it next time. Same as egos. You can either complain about them, or you can work with them. Heck.. you might even be able to use them to your advantage! Use your own ego for YOUR benefit, or even better, use the other persons ego against them. So how do you do that?
