ClickAndBuy a scam?

This is what i sent to ijji.

"Dear ijji GMs,

I recently tried to charge ijji coins again, it previously worked before but, now it doesn''t but then my mom called her bank and said that there were three different charges of ijji coins for 10 dollars each equaled to 30 dollars, but i never recieved my ijji coins, please look over this issue.

If you didn't receive coins than those transaction will disappear in 5 days.

Don't worry.

PS. Ijji won't do sh1t. I had to call C and B about that.
